We believe Sprinklepenny is something special that is going to change the web for the better!

Sprinklepenny enables people to support the sites they love with tiny payments. When a user registers with us, they typically pay $5 per month (although the amount is completely up to them). We then take that $5 and split it between the 100's of websites that the user has visited over the month (to those sites who have signed up with us, of course). Even better, the user can see fancy charts and statistics of where their money is going and which sites are receiving how much.

On the flip side, blogs currently rely on ads for the main (and often only) source of revenue. Now they can sign up with Sprinklepenny to create an additional and stable revenue stream with virtually no effort. The end result:

1. content makers publishing higher quality content
2. sites becoming less reliant on advertising for their survival
3. users getting to read better content

As you can see, this is a simple concept but one which we believe will have a huge impact on the internet status quo.

Yes, absolutely. We believe you should always remain in full control and to cancel, simply do so on your account settings page.

Yes, absolutely. You may decide you want to pledge more or less and you can do this at any time. Simply do so on your account settings page.

Unfortunately not. For the website you visit to receive a percentage of your pledge, they must have registered with Sprinklepenny.

If you visit a website that you'd like to support but isn't yet signed up, either contact us or the website directly and we'll let them know they have a loyal user who wishes to support them.

You will see the Sprinklepenny badge on the page you're viewing thanking you for your support.

This could be for one of two reasons.

1. You may have registered but your account may not have any funds. To fix, modify your subscription and decide how much to pledge. When you return to the website, you should see a badge thanking you for your support.
2. For Sprinklepenny to record your visit, we need to detect a cookie on your machine. To fix the problem, simply log in to your account at Sprinklepenny and then return to the website in question. You should now see a badge thanking you for your support.

If this did not fix your issue, please contact support at support@sprinklepenny.com and we will take a look right away.

We currently accept US Dollar, British Pound and the Euro. Simply choose your preferred currency during the sign up process and you will know exactly how much you will be spending each month in your desired currency. And of course, you can change this at any time on your settings page.

Absolutely not. We take privacy seriously and the websites you are visiting will not have access to your information.

If you wish, we can provide a public handle to the websites you're visiting letting them know you are a supporter. Alternatively, your visit will be displayed as anonymous on the supporter page.

Currently, you will need to contact us to have your account closed. All of your personal information will be removed but please note that your visits to sites will remain recorded in our system. These visits will be anonymous and not associated with you personally.

You can try resetting your password on the log in page which will send a link to your email address. If this doesn't solve the problem, just contact us and we will get on the case immediately.

If the site your visiting is registered with Sprinklepenny and you visit the site in question, it will be automatically added to our database and your support will be registered.
